Raw food ? Or just normal?
See, I want to be completely healthy (at least a healthy as I can be)
I do plan on getting to a healthy weight too. So what's the benefits of eating raw food vegan diet? vs just a normal junk food + anything vegan diet? What's the best diet for a vegan?
Raw food would be more nutritious, considering it reels out all of the vegan junk food and packaged food. Raw food is food from the earth, uncooked and unprocessed; in its whole, natural state with all of the nutrients in tact. On a cooked diet, even if it is full of cooked veggies, the nutrients and enzymes die as the food is cooked. (just imagine what fire does to ANYTHING..... you can only imagine what it is doing to your food.) Heat denatures the proteins and kills the enzymes, vitamins and nutrients. It is more nutritious to eat a raw vegan diet to get the full package of nutrients from the food you eat.
There are numerous benefits from eating a raw food diet. They include:
-boundless energy
-clear skin
-great digestion
-weight loss
-pure happiness (seriously, fruit will do this to you!)
-cure of many diseases

u can stay vegan but any diet needs exocise
Well, you know that junk food is already junk; so that's not healthy for you to eat. It might be a good idea to do a half cooked/half raw vegan diet. I know a lot of people can't function without something cooked; but if you can do it, then more power to you. I also wouldn't suggest eating soy that isn't fermented. Try finding fermented soy milk and tofu. It has many more benefits than soy that isn't.
Plan out meals in advance so that you are not stuck with the same food everyday. That way to get a balanced variety of foods, rather then straying from your planned dishes.I would also suggest juicing your drinks yourself. If you want to buy all organic, that's fine as well. What's the best diet for a vegan?
That depends on you.Personally, a raw vegan diet interests me, but I find nothing more soothing then a big cup of tea.It comes down to personal preference and what you find is best for you and your body.
I am not too familiar with the benefits of eating a raw vegan diet. However, I suggest you include an abundant amount of fresh fruits and a vegetables to your diet, along with whole grains and a variety of nuts, beans, etc.Remember, junk food in moderation.
A little of both. Some vegetables give you more of the goodies when they're cooked, like the lycopene in cooked tomatoes. Diets that are called raw diets are often not entirely raw, but maintain low cooking temperatures for at least a portion of the food. I eat whatever appeals to me and would not be able to sustain an entirely raw diet. Some people are extremely creative with it though. I've seen dishes prepared that would blow your mind. You also need to know what you're doing. I think you're much better off eating food the way you enjoy eating it. Eat more whole foods, rather than processed, refined foods and sugar. Eat fresh whenever possible, rather than canned or frozen. Buy organic where you can, if you can, especially for things like spinach, peppers, strawberries, lettuce, celery, peaches... There are lists online of the foods you should always buy organic, if you can't go 100%. Cook in steel pots-- not teflon coated non-stick. And food is not possessed by demons-- You don't have to cook the hell out of it. Don't cook until it's mush.
The diet that's best for you is one that you both enjoy, that's easy, and that's good for you. Otherwise you may not stick with it if you're not having fun with it. If a doctor told me I could live 20 extra years by eating 20 pounds of apples every day and nothing else, I'd have to say thanks but no thanks and order my coffin early. What's the best diet for a vegan?
Eat a well balanced diet of Fresh fruits, Fresh vegetables, Fresh whole grains, Fresh dairy, Fresh nuts, and Fresh meat. No processed pre packaged products. If you do this you will be very healthy!
If you want to be completely healthy, then don't follow a vegan diet. You need a well balanced diet, that includes lean meats.
