Having trouble eating enough calories on a vegan diet?

I recently became vegan and Ive found myself eating only around 900 calories a day which is not sufficient. I am trying to keep my fat intake to the recommended 30% but i find that in order to do that the rest of my foods tend to be very low calorie. suggestions?Having trouble eating enough calories on a vegan diet?

You're thinking yourself into paralysis. Just eat some normal food, get stuff from the list above.

SO , eating 300 calories of fat a day, and the rest is lettuce?

300 calories of fat is still 300 calories- ie, nothing.

What good is all this equation counting doing you?

Just eat normal food, you need 1800 a day.Having trouble eating enough calories on a vegan diet?
