What is a good, healthy, vegan diet?

And some good exercise, based on the kinds of foods im eating. And also should i take vitamins to replace foods and what kinds? What is a good, healthy, vegan diet?
A good, healthy vegan diet is going to be heavy on the vegetables. I'm sorry. If you want to be healthy and happy, you're going to have to eat right. I'd tell you this if you were a vegetarian or omnivore, too. You can't just ditch your veggies and hope to somehow get all your nutrition in. Those babies are a wealth of nutrients.

That said, there's no exercise based on the kinds of foods you're eating...that doesn't exist. There's exercise and a dietary choice for your fitness goals, which you don't actually list. You can email that to me, and "weight loss" doesn't count as a fitness goal.

And no, if you're eating properly you don't need to take vitamins to "replace foods," and because of the inferior absorption rate, no vitamins even can replace foods. What is a good, healthy, vegan diet?
There's no such thing as a healthy Vegan diet that does not include vegetables. Unless you eat only fruit, but then you are talking about a Fruititarian (?).

Also, for the record, being a Vegan is not to be used as an easy way to lose weight--there are easier ways to lose weight: Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of you calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.
Most people don't like the taste of plain vegetables. The trick is to mix them into a flavorable recipe with a dal, curry, or sauce so that the flavor of the vegetables will be disguised.

Look at the recipes in the links. You can even do something as simple as mixing your veggies into curried lentils and rice.

What is a healthy vegan diet? One that includes fiber, protein, healthy fats, and all essential vitamins and minerals. Again I'm leaving you some links.

As far as exercise goes there are no special foods. I would advise eating light beforehand and allowing the food proper time to digest so that you won't get cramps. What is a good, healthy, vegan diet?
Hi. It's not easy to be a vegan if you hate vegetables. However, you could put vegetables in dishes that you enjoy so that you can still eat them in a way you like. Are there any vegetables you do like? Carrots? Carrots are particularly healthy and give you nice skin and provide you with Vitamin A. You could put carrots in a vegan bake or something like that. Even I have to eat more vegetables but I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan. For protein, you could eat peanut butter and tofu and nuts. Peanut butter is suitable for vegans (providing you don't put dairy butter with it) and is full of protein. Good Luck!!
Enjoy the wholesome goodness of the all carrot diet. No need to take any vitamins when you're consuming carrots. Carrots are full of essential nutrients to keep your body healthy. What is a good, healthy, vegan diet?
SInce you hate vegetables, you're a good candidate for a fruit-based diet.

The best way to eat is raw. I've heard of a lot of vegetarians who didn't feel good until they went raw. And if you eat mostly fruit like me, you're mostly raw. Also try bean sprouts and sunflower seeds.

If you really really hate all veggies find a health food store that has a juicer and drink wheat grass juice. Tastes like dirt but has most of what you need and is only about a shot.
