Incorporate a wide variety of leafy greens everyday... lettuce, spinach, kale, collards, chard, mustard greens, beet greens, dandelion greens, carrot greens, etc. They are loaded with amino acids, the building blocks of protein.Starting vegan diet, what versatile foods/staples can incorporate protein?
