I have lost 6lbs in 5 days by switching to a vegan Diet and heavy cardio everyday. is this loss normal?

i am finding it hard to get enough calories each day averaging 1200 calories and burning on average 500 calories on the bike, i am a 5ft 6 male, 182lbs.I have lost 6lbs in 5 days by switching to a vegan Diet and heavy cardio everyday. is this loss normal?
muscle,water,glycogen and a touch of fat which has made your BMR drop while bumping up the bf% at the same time - cut the cardio in half and lift weights instead to raise your BMR and to burn fat indirectly by adding muscle tissue,protein intake could be a stumbling block on a vegan diet...I have lost 6lbs in 5 days by switching to a vegan Diet and heavy cardio everyday. is this loss normal?
It could be water weight but at the same time it is normal but it is not healthy that you loose that much, if you really worried aobut loosing so much you might want to start taking vitamin supplements specially creatine and b12 because those are the ones found in lean meats.
i have lost a big amount of weight while being a vegitarian but i have realised that if you suddenly switch to a vegan diet it can make you very ill and so can TOO much exercise, ..try taking vegan supplments for dairy and meat and cut dow on the exercise , your only ment to exercise at least 3 hours a week.I have lost 6lbs in 5 days by switching to a vegan Diet and heavy cardio everyday. is this loss normal?

It not unusual for men to drop weight faster than women. It is also normal to shed some water weight when eating healthier and working out. This weight loss will flatten out as that rate is not sustainable in a healthy diet.
