I started a vegan diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but?

today, at my job the floor supervisor ordered tons of peperoni pizza, my co-workers were very pushy, telling me if i was going to take a slice, so to dont let them thing i'm a "freak" with food i took 5 slices, should i regret it? i'm really worried since i've been eating healthy and i think this is going to debalance my body, is my body able to tolerate it and auto clean it self?

How can i fix it, i feel like cleasing my body today.

Please help me, i feel intoxicated!I started a vegan diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but?
Well you gave in to peer pressure...

Only you know whether you regret it or not... Do you?

If you continue to willingly eat meat and cheese... Then you wouldn't be a vegan (or a vegetarian). You would just be an omnivore that likes to eat healthy, but sometimes gives in to pizza.

When I first became a vegan... it was a little overwhelming. After about a week I decided to start eating dairy again. I felt so guilty and unhappy that my dairy eating veggie diet only lasted a few days before I went back to eating vegan.

I don't regret that experience because now I know that being a vegan is what's right for me. I could never go back to eating the way I did.

If you want to be a vegan, then just have more self-control. If you don't want to be a vegan... then that's entirely up to you.

I can't tell you what to do.

As far as feeling sick from eating meat/ cheese... The longer you are away from that junk the crappier (sicker) you are gonna feel when you put it back in your body.

And you may just get sick from the greasy nastiness that is pizza.

Whatever you decide to do, Good luck... just think of your pizza eating as a learning experience. You'll know what you want.I started a vegan diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but?
Everyone feels intoxicated after eating pizza! Esp. if it was Domino's, their pepperoni is so friggin greasy... But don't worry, one day of pizza won't kill you.
One instance of eating pizza isn't going to cause you too much problems. It will be out of your system soon enough,

The real problem is that your co-workers were able to persuade you. This will happen again and again unless you learn to stand up for yourself and not bow down to peer pressure.

Please note, I'm not trying to scold you. It can be very hard to refuse to eat something when all the people around you are pressuring you to. Unfortunately, you have to refuse, or else you'll keep getting pressured into eating pizza and other non-vegan foods.

If you are being pressured by co-workers to eat food that you don't want to eat, you can always report it to supervisors or managers. (If it is your supervisor, report it to your supervisor's supervisor.) File a formal complaint if you have to.I started a vegan diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but?
you might be a little sick for today. your body isn't used to the massive amount of protein delivered by pepperoni; however you will digest it and you will be fine. by tomorrow you will be your happy vegan, clear-skined, healthy self.
Eat Raw today, with plenty of water. Juice if you have a Juicer. Veggie Juice is a natural Detox.

Get your self prepared for this kind of thing from people so next time you can react better. it's hard in the beginning but your health is not their concern so don't allow them to make you mess it up.

You can if the get too push explain to them they are being RUDE. But don't be surprised if they back down saying we were "kidding.. Can't you take a joke?" Don't say a thing to that bald face lie. Just let it drop.

Slaint茅 (to your health)I started a vegan diet a month ago and i started to see the results of it(beautiful skin, nice health...) but?
You should definitely regret it.

If you went vegan in the first place, I'm assuming you believe whole-heartedly in the vegan lifestyle and the health benefits, opposition to cruelty to animals, etc, right?

There will always be people who make unhealthy choices, but that shouldn't affect you! Stand up and be proud of your veganism! If you work with people who would actually think you're a "freak" for not eating pizza, you should just pride yourself on being more intelligent than they are.

Your body will cleanse itself, although you might feel sick at first since you're not used to dairy (or MEAT!) You should be feeling normal in a few days.
Eat whatever you want to. The only thing you're going to lose by splurging occasionally is the spiffy word "vegan". You will still be healthy (maybe even healthier because of the balance....though tha'ts not gonna happen with pizza.) but you can't call yourself a "vegan". No big loss.
why did you give in?!?!?! if you were muslim and they had pork sandwiches, would you have given in then, as well?!?! Look, nobody can say a thing about what you eat, or how much you eat. You choose a healthier lifestyle, and that's THAT!! I, for one, am extremely disappointed that you caved to peer pressure. If you truly believed in what you were doing, you would have stood your ground, thanked them, and NOT eaten the pizza! I'm not a vegan, vegetarian, or anything else for that matter, but I do know that when I commit to something, a few mouthy co-workers isn't going to make me give up!! Shame on you!
It's more of a moral issue than a health issue. Having a few peices of pizza once in a while isn't going to kill you, however, it is going to kill another living being. if you're doing it just for health then you'll be fine. Though, If you're not eating meat and dairy anyway (aand you don't already know) you should learn a little about what you're helping to prevent.

stick up for yourself!! If you want to eat pizza - eat it. I'm vegan but it's someone's free choice not to be and I respect that. But if you don't want to eat non-vegan food - don't. Do what you want, don't let people push you into stuff, they respect you more if you say no and stick to your guns no matter how pushy they get.
Yeah, you are pretty well screwed. Wait until therest of the V%26amp;V community hears you gave in. Are you in for it. Yeah, instead of tossing those MEAT pizzas out the window and saving your fellow co-works you aided and abetted thier cardiac problems.

And as for cleansing your body--you will nevere be able to wash the shame off of you.
