It is a seasoning similar to Soy Sauce. I've put up their site so you can get the info you need. I like it my husband prefers Soy Sauce. What is Braggs as referenced to a raw vegan diet?
Braggs liquid aminos is a spray that is similar in flavor to soy sauce. I personally dont care for the taste of it. It comes in a spray bottle and you spray it on foods to season it.What is Braggs as referenced to a raw vegan diet?
Hiya, Marigold Health Foods make a similar product to Braggs. It's called Liquid Aminos and has a savoury smell not too different to fried bacon. I bought mine in the UK health food shop "Food For Thought". I've never seen the Braggs version ever, over here.
Bragg Liquid Aminos (AKA Bragg Liquid Seasoning). Now again their label has been forced to be changed in Canada now reading "Bragg All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning".
We use it all the time because it tastes great, but what the hell is it if it's not regular soy sauce. What is it if it hasn't been cooked and is labelled as being a "live food". Why don't they just call it all natural unpasteurized soy sauce? They market it as not being soy sauce, yet it looks, tastes, smell, and has all the ingredients of being a soy sauce. Also, it's very salty, yet no salt is indicated on the label in the ingredients. It doesn't taste like regular white table salt, but more like sea salt... quite mysterious.
The ingredients used to say simply "soybeans" but now reads "soy protein from soybeans, purified water"
It also says "certified non-gmo" but certified by whom? No certifying body listed. The only soybeans I know of that are certified non-gmo are also certified organic, but this product is not.
