You must have protein .Figure out where you are going to get your protein from if not using animal protein.
Otherwise your body will take its' protein from your muscles.

well definitely drink lots of water, avoid breads, eat lots of vegetables at night and eat nuts and dried apricots. thats how i stay thin
avoid eating fatty foods.
