What is a good vegan diet plan that i can follow?

Its not hat im overweight or anything so i don't need like crazy suggestions but, im trying to get in shape before halloween and i want to lose a few pounds. any ideas? What is a good vegan diet plan that i can follow?
Breakfast you could eat some fruit or some oatmeal. Or cereal with rice/soy/almond milk.

Lunch, veggie wrap.

Dinner, stir-fry?

You could also eat some fruit throughout the day. What is a good vegan diet plan that i can follow?
If you're trying to get in shape, the best way to do it isn't to do a 'diet plan' but to find a food pyramid from a national health organisation (so it can be trusted), substitute meat and dairy for vegan alternatives, perhaps up the protein slightly then get 30 minutes of exercise a day. To get in shape you want it to be cardio 3 or 4 days a week, then muscle exercise the other 4 or 3.

Also, I can't really tell if you're going vegan to specifically get in shape or if you're already vegan. If it's the former don't bother.

Edit: Ah right. In that case you're best bet is just following the food pyramid in any way you prefer, perhaps cutting out a little carbohydrate and fat, adding a little protein and cutting all processed foods heavy in saturated fats out of your diet. Other than that, the exercise you're already doing sounds perfect. What is a good vegan diet plan that i can follow?
sheesh. Vegan. On a diet. Feel bad for whoever's cooking for you, you might as well go gluten free and be allergic to dairy. Practically on a food strike! XD

K, everybodys gonna give me thumbs down, but just thought it was amusing that there are some people i know who are like that. No offense to you! But if you cook for yourself..........poor you! What is a good vegan diet plan that i can follow?
