I am trying to lose/maintain my weight and I would like some feedback on my diet. Here it is...
Breakfast - Great Grains Cereal with soy milk topped with strawberries and blueberries with half a grapefruit on the side.
Lunch - Carrots and celery with hummus and a grape, pineapple, and strawberry fruit salad
Dinner - Amy's veggie bowl with an orange and a banana
Is this too much? What do you think?Did I do well on my vegan diet today?

Seriously though, you really need more protein and iron in your diet, I'm not vegan, but I am vegetarian, though I don't drink milk.
You certainly have enough fruit, and complex carbohyrates, but to lose weight/be healthy, you need something that will give you energy in the day, as if you only eat sugary fruits, it will give you a temporary sugar rush, but will leave you feeling hungry and tired later.
It also sounds like you have a fair amount of vegetables, but you should try to eat much more, and more greens like spinach and brocolli, which have more nutrients and iron. The hummus is good though, try to get more stuff like that, like lentils, beans, tofu etc.
So yeah overall you really need to eat more, and more nutritious things. Also more basic and complex carbohydrates, and, i forgot to mention, something to replace your dairy intake. I'm not sure about that part though.
To give you an idea of how much you should eat, look at the foor pyramid, which includes 11 SERVINGS OF GRAINS A DAY. you only have about 1-2 now with your cereal. People may not think that you have to have grains and bread because they are considered fatty and unhealthy, but they really are not. Try whole grain bread made without milk or eggs, or just make it yourself! It's super easy.
To be honest, you don't really have a vegetarian diet now, it is just sort of unhealthy.

It sounds like you are on the right track. I am a vegetarian and I know that it can be difficult. I do have to agree with the others in that there is way too much fruit in that diet. Also, it sounds like you lunch needs to have a bit more calories and variety of food. Hummus, though, is a good source of protein. You can try going to a website like eatingwell.com or vegetariantimes.com to get some well rounded vegan ideas for meals. I like that both of these sites provide the nutritional information for all of their recipes. Keep with it! The key is to eat a wide range of different kinds of foods.
yeh nice food. Veganism is not a weight loss diet. Not in any way. Losing weight is about eating fewer calories.
You are some nice food but Great Grains has milk in it- the whey is from cows.
I'd eat more brown rice, legumes and grains, the lunch looks wimpy but still a nice day's food. You'll get bored, maybe eat some curry or a load of noodles and tofu steak, mix it up. It's OK though, I kist think you'll get bored.Did I do well on my vegan diet today?
its definitely not too much but you need more veggies, and don't eat fruits late at night because all the simple sugars they have in them wont be able to digest. eat fruits earlier in the day and add some greens to dinner.
you are doing well but too much fruit , its a good thing but not too much just remember to exercise and you still should eat fulling stuff like , corn, a vegie sub, or soup so remember that not all fulling food are fat!Did I do well on my vegan diet today?
You need more protein later in the day. Lentils? Beans? Nuts? You need some protein.
IMO no this isn't a healthy diet.
