MOst beans %26amp; rice form complete proteins. And soy is good.I'm on a vegan diet. What are some ways I can get my protein without eating meat, fish, poutry, eggs or dairy?
First of all, you're probably getting enough protein. The average person only needs around 50 milligrams a day. Good vegan sources include beans, chickpeas (like in hummus), nuts and nut butters, some grains, soy products (soymilk, tofu, etc.), tempeh, and mock meat and dairy items. You can find organic versions of many of these items, including soy products, grains, and beans. If you're eating a varied vegan diet (organic or not) with at least some of these items in it, you should be fine getting all of the protein you need.
eat dark green leafy vegetables - lettuce, brocolli, brussel sprouts,
any soy products are good - soy icecream, tofu, fake meat, soy yogurt, soy milk. beans, whole wheat grains and pasta, any kind of nuts, oranges are also a great source of protein and calicum.
the important thing is to remember that unless you want to bulk up big, you do not need excessive amounts of protein.I'm on a vegan diet. What are some ways I can get my protein without eating meat, fish, poutry, eggs or dairy?

Don't fall for the protein myth. Our bodies don't need excessive amounts of it to survive.
