What equipment should I have at my house to make food for a raw vegan diet?

I know I need a dehydrator and a juicer, but what else? What equipment should I have at my house to make food for a raw vegan diet?
A Vitamix, or other super high powered blender helps. If you need a link for a used Vitamix, email me from my profile and I can get a link for you. The best purchases I made are an Excaliber food dehydrater, and my Vitamix-it takes the place of a juicer, and does everything you could need an appliance to do for maintaining a raw food diet. What equipment should I have at my house to make food for a raw vegan diet?

Hi,

Dehydrators and juicers aren't really necessary, they are just fun additions.

What you need is a good blender, and a sharp knife to chop veggies.

I have the vitamix blender, it's expensive but you can't dull the blades, and you do a lot of blending in raw vegan "cooking". The sharp knife is for salads etc.

Dehydrators are good for making crackers to replace bread, or gently warm soups, although a stove on low heat is good for that too.
