What would your vegan diet consist of in one day?

Just average your diet out, if you change it a lot choose what you had today. I want everything from three course meal down to a handful of popcorn...What would your vegan diet consist of in one day?
Oatmeal with raisins, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, agave nectar, soy milk

Smoothie of pineapple oj, mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, soy milk, nutritional yeast

WW pasta, fresh bok choy, portabella mushrooms, soy ginger sauce

Sunflower seeds, raw carrots and sugar snap peas with hummus

WW pita with tofu, smoky soy strips, tomato, fresh basil, Tofutti cream cheese



One cup of coffee with soy milk first thing in the morning and iced green tea throughout the day. I'll have a snack before going to sleep tonight.What would your vegan diet consist of in one day?
Today I had:



Breakfast - Vegan sausage and tomato sandwich with a glass of orange juice



Lunch - salad with chunks of marinated tofu thrown in, with a glass of orange juice



Dinner - Mashed potatoes, green beans, peas, cauliflower and a spicy bean veggie burger with onion gravy, with a glass of sprite and a glass of water.



Evening snacks - strawberry and banana soya dessert, soya chocolate milkshake
Breakfast - wholegrain toast with vegemite / peanut butter and jam (one of each), coffee

Lunch - often a bean or chickpea salad or last night's leftovers, or a salad sandwich or a couple of nori rolls with avocado (my treat for when I've been good!)

Snack - nuts, dried fruit, popcorn, hommus/crackers - not all of these daily, but these are the main ones I choose from

Dinner - tonight's is aranchini (those Italian dumpling thingies made from rice and veg), ratatouille and salad.What would your vegan diet consist of in one day?
Breakfast: crispy brown rice cereal with soy milk.

Snack: oatmeal cookie with green tea.

Lunch: soybean/black bean pasta with granulated seaweed.

Snack: rice cake.

Dinner: falafel sandwich on whole wheat roll with lettuce, tomato, carrots, chickpeas, broccoli and tahini sauce. Green tea.



And I drank water throughout the day.
Breakfast was cereal with soya milk and a banana. Lunch was a jacket potato with salad. This evening i had pasta with vegetables and an homemade tomato sauce.What would your vegan diet consist of in one day?
breakfast- porridge

lunch- pie or curry w/ brown rice

snack- cake

dinner- pasta, stir fry or more curry
