I wouldn't know about weight gain, though. I'd consult a dietitian for pointers.Primarily vegan diet, what vitamins should I be taking?
since you ocasionally have dairy you obviously dont have a moral or religous stand against animal products or labor..why dont you just be a lacto vegitarian.
veganism is not a healthy way of living in the least bit so i suggest that you re evaluate your motives.
id suggest going to the gym and trying to add some muscle mass, but your probably not healthy enough for it.
stick with milk every day and youll be fine.
