What should my vegan diet consist of?

I've been a vegetarian for over a year now and would like to start being vegan. However, I haven't much of a clue as to what I should be eating in terms of meals. What could my weekly schedule meal plan be?What should my vegan diet consist of?
A 21 day meal plan from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine:

Fruits, vegetables, dark leafy greens, whole grains, legumes, and a source of vitamin B12 (I use nutritional yeast, or you can take a pill or drops).

You don't really need a meal plan. Just be sure to eat from each of those groups everyday. Use recipes that include those foods, or put those foods in old recipes that you love. What should my vegan diet consist of?
No dairy products. Soy milk for sub in for milk. tofu, sub in for egg. Wheat noodles. Asian cuisines are good because you have your stir-fried veggies, and nice sauces. without any meat or dairy. Breakfast can be fruit, oatmeal, or even cereal. Lunch and dinners are good to be creative and experiment with what you like. Be creative :) Don't stress. What should my vegan diet consist of?
Mainly focus on fruit, vegetables especially leafy greens, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. If you like milk, use soy or almond milk. Nutritional yeast, nori, mushrooms, agave nectar and stevia for sweetening, are great nutritious add ons to your main foods.
