What exercises can I do on a vegan diet?

I am trying to get rid of my love handles and build up my behind. When I stand and look at myself in the mirror, I just see this gut pooched out with a flat butt. What exercises can I do on a vegan diet?
Dont do squats with a baby seal on your back. dont wrestle monkeys. dont do puppy curls.

oh, and dont do yoga, i hear some vegans find "downward facing dog" to be exploitive. What exercises can I do on a vegan diet?
You can do any exercises that anyone on any diet can do.
Anything your body can handle. There are no exercises that vegans can't do.What exercises can I do on a vegan diet?
Any exercises that you would do on a traditional diet.
Yoga is good for getting rid of love handles. So is dancing. Try a few sit-ups too maybe. What exercises can I do on a vegan diet?
Crunches, squats and lunges.
you can do any exercise. just be sure that you are eating a balanced diet.. be sure to find a good protien source.. protien is very important when sculpting muscle...

try doing pilates -planks and side planks
wtF?..you can do any exercise you'd like..vegan or not. =]]

my best suggestion is: run the fat away.

it works, i promise.

how long, you ask?

the answer is

..AS LONG AS *YOUR* BODY CAN TAKE.

listen to YOUR body..keep going when you know you still can and stop when it tells you...

good luck and don't give up!!! xoxoxox
You can do any excercises on a vegan diet that you could do on any other diet.

You should really ask your question in the fitness and health section
you can do any good exercises and that will help you
Squats and Crunches will do it for you. Use a gymball to do sit ups. Do crunches with ankle weights on (start with 1 kg weights i.e 2.2lbs). Try using resistance bands when doing your squats.
Hi, I'm a fellow veggie!

It sounds like (not to be too rude) if you have love handles then you may need to lose weight by eating a low fat diet, cut down on alcohol (if you drink).

Exercises would be:

- Normal barbell squats

- Sumo squats (place 2 aerobic steps or a substitute about 6" apart. put 1 foot on each step with your toes putting outward slightly. Grab a dumbbell with both hands and let it hang in front of you with arms relaxed. Keeping the back straight, bend at the knees till your bums about to touch the floor. Then push through your heels back to the starting position. That's one rep.)

- Forward squats (start with your feet shoulder width apart then draw one foot back about a metre. Grab a set of dumbbells, one in each hand and hold them with your arms by your side. Keeping your back straight drop the knee belonging to the leg you've moved back to an inch from the floor then steadily return to the starting position. When your knee is dropped it should be at a 45 degree angle otherwise you need to adjust the distance between your feet. That's one rep and you should do 10 reps then swap to the other side, do the same amount. That's 1 set and you should aim to do around 3 sets with 40secs to 1min rest in between.

- Deadlift

- Straight leg deadlift

- Romanian deadlift

Here's a link to a good site that will help you see how to do the exercises correctly.

If you're in doubt, go to a gym and ask an instructor to demonstrate it.
Actually for building up the bum, Kegel exercises are wonderful, I've found. There should be no limitations on exercises because you choose to be a vegan.
rodeo, fox hunting do u want me to go on
you cant do much, vegans don't get the right stuff to do a good workout become to tired to easy, no point pumping your body with supplements as they don't work.
