Question about sprouted grain - raw vegan diet?

there's a possibility that I have had a gluten allergy (not sure) and I am trying to swich to a raw vegan diet and I"m wondering if sprouted grains would give you the same problem that bread, etc gave you. ? make any sense?

It depends on if you are reacting to the gluten, or merely to the starch. If you have a problem with starch, then yes, sprouted grains will help. They still contain gluten though.



Also, as most sprouted flours have been heated to 155 degrees, they are not technically raw.
