Is it possible to eat a healthy vegan diet without consuming tofu, soy or fake meat?

I want to go vegan but I hate fake meat and strongly dislike tofu and soy. Also, can you recommend some good vegan blogs/websites/books/other resources?

Thanks!Is it possible to eat a healthy vegan diet without consuming tofu, soy or fake meat?
Sure. Of course you can. Get yourself some ricemilk, almond milk, oat milk, or hemp milk. Eat beans, grains, and nuts.

Hi, well the thing about veganism is we sometimes have to get creative in the kitchen. Especially if we don't have any fake meat or soy. The reason you probably don't like tofu or fake meat is because they are processed foods. It's actually healthier as a vegan to stay away from the fake meat, especially.
What I do is simple, I just google a recipe (any recipe at all, even a meat one) and substitute that meat with the type of beans I think would be most appropriate for the style of the dish. Any other non-vegan ingredient can be substituted as well. Like when something calls for milk or a dairy ingredient, you can use rice milk, vegetable broth, or even water. You don't have to get fancy.
It's absolutely possible to be a healthy vegan without tofu, soy, or gluten/soy proteins! In fact, it can be even better, since soy has saturated fat, and if packaged, comes with extra sodium that you don't want. The same applies to fake meats, they may be good transition foods for die-hard meat-lovers, but they are processed with high amounts of sodium.

Besides, you can derive more than enough of your daily protein from vegetables, grains, and legumes. Many greens have high amounts of protein, and legumes like beans, peas, and lentils are protein powerhouses. Don't ever worry about sufficient protein intake anyway, as the American Standard diet usually comes with 3-4 times as much protein as is healthy for us! Only 5% of calories should come from protein, and that's all that's needed, as recommended by the World Health Organization and proven worldwide by healthy people with far less protein intake than Americans. Sure; just eat soybeans (also known as edamame), which are the base for all the foods you mention. And/or other legumes like lentils, beans, quinoa, fava beans, etc.Is it possible to eat a healthy vegan diet without consuming tofu, soy or fake meat?
You will probably need a good vitamin supplement. You should also eat a lot of beans and spinach. Beans have protein AND Iron, Spinach has a lot of iron.
beans=protean

banana=potassium

potato=carbohydrates
Yup.

Potatoes and dairy, and grains and beans offer full spectrum proteins.
