MOst Americans especially eat too much protein- it's in most foods- breadm cereal, wholegrains, peanut butter, bananas, soymilk, everything, even kale and cakes.
If you eat a few nuggests of brown rice, spinach, lentils and a few tiny drops of soymilk a day, that's more than enough.
Chickpeas- only a few have enough protein, also pinto beans, fava beans, coconut, avocado, tofu walnuts, peanuts etc
Even the more plain stuff- brown bread, oatmeal, cereals, vegannaise, regular foods with normla ingredients have protein. And more than enough.
You don't EVER need to massive amounts that some people seem to think are your only bridge across the wasteland of no dairy or meat- and substutite their stomachs and guts with powders, whey, soy protein and all those other scams.
