Recently tried to become a vegan, terrible stomach aches, is it normal? Can switching to a vegan diet cause stomach aches?
if you just started, then it's normal. it's just because you aren't used to it yet. just like you would become sick if you were vegan for three years and then suddenly began eating meat and animal products again. just try to eat a balanced diet and you'll be okay. when i first became vegetarian, i felt tired all the time but now i feel great not eating meat! Can switching to a vegan diet cause stomach aches?
A sudden switch to a high-fiber diet could cause some discomfort, until your body adjusts to it. I've heard of this before. Also, a switch from a fatty diet to an extremely low-fat diet could cause gall bladder problems. If your diet switch was sudden, you might want to make the switch more gradual.
Best of luck!

you could just be agusting ti the new diet but a vegan diet is VERY unhealthy if your gonna go back to meat.... you have to stay on a vegan diet forever cause if u eat meat again after the diet u could develop intestine worms becquse ue body isnt used to meat....Can switching to a vegan diet cause stomach aches?
No it's not. Vegan diet makes you healthier in general. What food are you eating? List everything from breakfast to dinner. Go see a doctor.
Not really, unless all of a sudden you were eating celery and spinach salad when you have never eaten that stuff before. Can switching to a vegan diet cause stomach aches?
Sure can! All politeness aside... It's probably gas.
