I know about B12. Omega3. But what about amino acids?What essential amino acids are not found in the vegan diet?
All the essential amino acids are found in abundance in a healthy vegan diet. As long as you eat a good variety of foods on a regular basis, including nuts and seeds, beans and legumes, and whole grains, you will get plenty of all the essential amino acids.

The key here is variety. You need to eat different kinds of foods to get enough of the amino acids your body needs. Back in the 70s, people used to think you had to eat them together (i.e. beans with rice, nuts with grains) but it is now known that you can eat them at different times within a day and you'll be just fine.

There are some vegan foods that contain adequate amounts of all the amino acids all by themselves - soy and quinoa are among them. Even so, it's best to eat a variety.

To another person who answered iron, iron is a mineral which is also found in abundance in a healthy vegan diet. Dark green leafy veggies, black beans, and cocoa powder are among the many healthy vegan sources of iron. It is best absorbed when consumed with something containing vitamin C, like fresh fruit or many veggies.

As for omega-3 fatty acids, good vegan sources include chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, and oils from any of those.

Again, the key is variety. You will get everything you need if you eat different kinds of natural, whole foods throughout the day.

The only micronutrient that might be missing from a varied, whole-foods-based vegan diet is vitamin B12. It is added in supplemental form (made by microbes) to many non-dairy milk products, certain brands of nutritional yeast, and fortified cereals, and of course it is found as a supplement on its own, in any B-complex and in all multivitamins, not to mention in Emergen-C packets and similar electrolyte and vitamin drink powders.What essential amino acids are not found in the vegan diet?
Proteins are long chains of amino acids strung together. There are 20 different ones, each consisting of a backbone and a side group. The backbone is the same for all amino acids, but the side group varies. and makes each amino acid unique.

Of the 20 amino acids, 9 either cannot be made in the body or cannot be made in the quantities needed and must be obtained in foods for the body to function properly. This is why we call them essential amino acids. The remaining 11 can be made in the body, and so they are called nonessential amino acids.

Those that eat meat or meat products most likely get the 9 essential amino acids, but in the vegan diet they must be obtained by eating a certain combination of foods such as beans and rice, peanut butter and bread and another good source is quinoa.What essential amino acids are not found in the vegan diet?
