Vegan diet?

i am on vegan diet and have been for 2 years now about a year ago i found out i am a over active thyroid witch stops me gaining weight easy along with other things but the probolom is the weight as i am a doorstaffworker and i need to push my weight sometimes that i no longer have. dos anyone know any vegan foods that can help me gain weight?i am a great cook so any recipes or websites with help on would be great:DVegan diet?

Dinner:

Burritos

Pasta

Split Pea Soup
