Vegan diet?

i want to go on a vegan diet

i need to loose weight

if i went on a vegan diet

how much weight would i loose in about 4 months?Vegan diet?

Decrease in weight depends on the amount of diet you are taking..Vegan diet?
you'll lose like 10 pounds your first week seriously. it's so easy you don't even have to count calories as long as you just watch your pasta and bread intake. idk about 4 months it's probably gonna be hard to follow for that longVegan diet?
I lost about 20 pounds in a few months on a vegan diet. It's hard to estimate how much you'd lose; it's different for every person. If you have a very unhealthy diet now, you'd probably lose even more weight by going vegan.
