What foods do you eat in your everyday vegan diet?

I'm looking for ideas on making my vegan diet better and more interesting. What do you eat in a normal day?What foods do you eat in your everyday vegan diet?
This morning I had homemade blueberry banana muffins and a bowl of oatmeal with raisins, ground flax seeds and rice milk.

I either eat oatmeal or steel cut oats. Van's makes some really good vegan waffles that can be found in your grocer's freezer.



For lunch, (honestly) I usually have leftovers. lol. But if I'm feeling motivated to pack something the night before, I might make a veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread with hummus, cucumbers, mushrooms, red onions, romaine or spinach, marinated artichokes, and red peppers. It's absolutely delicious. I also like soups.



For dinner, I eat a lot of black beans, brown rice, fresh veggies, sweet potatoes, whole-wheat pasta, salads and so on. (Not all at the same time, of course!)

Every now and again I'll have quinoa. It's quite tasty.



::EDIT:: I forgot to mention that I %26lt;3 seitan. I eat it frequently b/c of its versatility.What foods do you eat in your everyday vegan diet?
Vegan Tortilla Soup is my favorite.
I eat smoothies, banana, soymilk, blueberries, mango, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, using fruit as fresh as possible (usually farmers market and then frozen fresh. Green smoothies are delicious as well, using banana and spinach, kale, collard greens, etc.

Beans, lentils, tofu, seitan, tempeh, are all great in stir fries. Soy yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, agave nectar, rice, quinoa, pasta, avocado, salsa, chips, onion rings, brownies, dark chocolate, wine.What foods do you eat in your everyday vegan diet?

Fresh fruit smoothies(my favorite contains frozen berries,bananas,orange juice), soy milk,various fruits(mainly apples,tangerines,and dried mangos), salads,black beans,brown rice,lightly salted adamame, etc etc the list continues on.What foods do you eat in your everyday vegan diet?
well for breakfast i usualy have some pancakes, eggs, sausage and bacon

for lunch usualy a ham and cheese sandwich but sometimes ill have turkey or tuna

and for dinner i enjoy a nice juicy steak or some porkchops or veal with mashed potatoes.
Tons of fruits %26amp; veggies-- bananas, celery, apples, cucumbers, broccoli, plums, grapes, tomatoes, etc...

Then a vegan bread I found called Dave's Killer Bread--it's delicious %26amp; comes in a few different "flavors" and is at health food stores,

I also eat alot of veggie burgers (Boca). I sometimes crumble it up %26amp; make nachos with tortilla chips and vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart brand). I also eat lotsa smoothies :)
Invest in a dehydrator and make your own chips, crackers, cookies, dehydrated nuts, etc. A good idea would be to copy down the ingredients of packaged raw food snacks and make your own version of them at home.

well i eat spinach daily.
