Do a search online for Vegan recipes.
I salute you for changing your diet--it doesn't sound too great from your description.
It's very important to remember that vegetarian means "lots of fresh veggies", so find a skillet and get cooking some good stuff, and add salads. They are my salvation.
Good luck
Make some pasta with vegetable marinara, couscous with pine nuts and soy yogurt and vegetable lasagna. Get a good vegetarian cookbook or go to allrecipes.com they have a lot of vegetarian recipes. Garlic bread goes great with both the pasta and the lasagna, that will be a meal.
Here's a recipe

yeah, look online for some vegan recipes. if youre going out get a burrito with no cheese or cream, or pizza no cheese, or spaghetti. you can make pasta at home with a jar of sauce you buy, theres lots of vegan varieties, or you can add your own spices and veggies. eat vegetables! stir fry! also in health shops you can sometimes get fake cheese but its kinda pricey. you can make some good soups with soymilk. theres tons of recipes online or at a bookstore. make sure to get calcium fortified oj or soymilk. dark leafy vegetables are best, and a wide variety of color. oh chinese food is good too, you can get "brocolli beef" without beef and they dont put in beef broth or anything so its vegan without the meat. indian and ethiopian food has good vegan choices too, i dont know if you have places like that around your area.
Due to mulitiple food allergies, I can't eat things like bread, bagels, crackers, cookies, etc. (nothing with wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, tomato, avacado, nuts) so I have had to get real creative. Perhaps you could try ethnic cuisine-things like bean and cheese tacos, el salvadoran pupusas, arapas, mochi, rice pasta (tinkyada brand is great) piroggi, stuffed shells (stuffed with mashed potato) grilled veggie kababs, veggie spring rolls (steamed, deep fried, or raw) veggie sushi, homemade veggie soup, stir fried rice, green peppers, zuchini or tomato stuffed with rice, mashed potato and gravy made from veggie stock, cous cous, quinoa pilaf, millet and flax pilaf, arancini (stuffed rice balls, with peas and other fillings) You might also reconsider the concept of vegan. I live a vegan lifestyle, eliminating all things tested on animals or that harm animals. Raw milk, straight from the cow is a gift. If the cow was not milked, she would become engorged. My cow gladly gives up her milk. Chickens gladly give up their eggs. Eggs are NOT meat, they are unfertilizes, and go to waste if just left lying on the ground. If you can find happy chickens and happy cows, feel free to enjoy those gifts they give. I am allergic to eggs, but gladly fix them for my daughter. I use the raw milk to churn into butter and homemade cheese. I have no guilt in doing this. Check to see if you have a local food co op where you can purchase milk from happy cows, and eggs from happy chickens. Just a thought. Good luck (and be grateful you can have bread and crackers-I would give anything to be able to eat a piece of lovely warm homemade bread or a crunchy cracker)
ginger stir fry
soya desserts (my vegan friend says they are gorgeous)
wait...you said up there you eat cheese, so you arent vegan!!! or do you mean soya cheese?
anyway, you can have anything you had before, just replace it with other things, such as soya 'meat' and vegetables.
jacket with baked beans
vegetable lasagne with soya cheese
tomato toastie
cakes made with soya milk.
porridge with soya milk
mushroom curries and rice
etc! there are many things you can do...
good luck! and remember-it is for the best.
eat the pizza man, homemade pizza is very healthy and delicious

Try some new products...like setian or tempeh. Go to the bookstore and pick up a good vegan cookbook. This should give you some new ideas for meals. My favorite cookbook is "The Vegan Gourmet" because it has real meals, not just side dishes.
you should really go to a food specialist and they can make a diet that is perfect for you...
My friend was vegan. We used to make alot of pizza with vegies. Yes pizza. Roast vegie soup. Toufu. Only if you like it. Falafals. Rice. I would like to know what cheese you eat if your a vegan. Ive only ever heard of one type. If you need anything else i have heaps of recipes. Ive made most of them
There's always though vegi soups and pizza thats what my friend eats a lot
