Now I am on a meat eating diet, and I am back to normal weight. I have cured all my diseases by eating a carnivore based raw meat diet, for that which the vegan diet couldn't cure.How come I was atrophied on a vegan diet?
You were "atrophied" ? Really? Look up the definition. A person can have atrophied muscles, glands, or organs, but a person is not "atrophied."

You can get diseases from eating raw and undercooked meats.
No human can eat a raw meat diet - and you are not a carnivore.
Why you are not a carnivore:
1. Carnivores have claws for shredding flesh. Herbivores do not.
2. Carnivores perspire through their tongues. Herbivores perspire through sudoriferous glands (skin pores).
3. Carnivores have sharp front teeth for tearing and no rear molars for grinding. Herbivores have the molars accompanied by flat front teeth.
4. Carnivores have an intestinal tract that is only 3 times their body length so rapidly decaying food can pass through quickly. Both herbivores and humans have a tract of about 10-12 times the size of their body length.
5. The stomach acid of herbivores and humans is 20 times weaker than the hydrochloric acid of a meat eater.
6. Herbivores and humans have well-developed salivary glands carrying alkaline and ptyalin in the mouth for the pre-digestion of plants. Carnivores do not.
I know many vegans who persist in eating sugar, salt, fat/oil, MSG, diet sodas (aspartame), and other unhealthy processed foods. You can be atrophied on a vegan diet just as easily as you can a Standard American Diet (SAD).
Right now, I'm training as a distance runner on a whole plant based diet. My guess is that you did not eat a well-balanced diet. Did you eat the following minimums?
+ Leafy Greens (3 cups per day) kale, collards,... for calcium, iron, and protein).
+ Whole Grains (brown rice, quinoa,... for protein components)
+ Legumes (peas, beans, lentils for protein)
+ Colorful Vegetables
+ Whole Fruits
+ B12 and D vitamins
+ Ground Flax seed at a rate of a teaspoon per day
Nutritional deficiencies are more common among people eating a Standard American Diet (SAD). The healthiest and longest living people consume a balanced plant based diet. Don't eat a vegan diet unless you know how to eat a healthy and well balanced whole plant based diet.How come I was atrophied on a vegan diet?
Were you consuming enough protien, calcium, vitamins and minerals. The bigger question is what was your diet and were you getting enough of what your body needed. If you just stay away from meats and milk, in todays dietary choices one find in an american supermarket, there are major gaps. Other countries eat more varied foods and there veggies/fruits/grains are healthier than ours which is why they can be vegan. In order to succesfully be vegan you must inspect every aspect of your diet to insure you are getting enough of everything.
There is nothing wrong with being a meat eater if you eat it with sauerkraut to help you digest it. Get plenty of fermented foods with pro-biotics to strengthen your immune system. Drink Kefir and eat plain Greek Yogurt. I eat a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast and fish when I can afford it or catch it. Now that I make my own sauerkraut I plan on eating a lot more beef.How come I was atrophied on a vegan diet?
You need to do a better job tracking your nutrients. Maybe vegan is just not for you. Meat eaters can be deficient of nutrients as well.
Come on, like we'd believe you were ever a vegan. Or that you even know the meaning of the word 'atrophied'.
