I would like to drop around 60lbs ona vegan diet, while doing a 6day a week weight training routine, chest,tris,back,bis,shoulders, legs. But i'm probably around 30% body fat. I have high blood pressure and i'm 24, so i wanna go on a vegan diet/no meat/dairy, cause it's low sodium. So is it possible to lose that kinda body fat on a vegan diet?Is it possible to lose a large amount of body fat on a vegan diet?
