Any tips for saying on a vegan diet?

I am having trouble staying on a vegan diet, I can't seem to get past the cravings I have for cheese, especially pizza. I don't really desire meat anymore, only the cheese is an issue. Any tips for sticking with it?Any tips for saying on a vegan diet?
you don't crave cheese, if anything you crave and want protein, salt, fat, umami ( thick, slightly sweet, rich flavour and mouthfeel). You can use soycheese, almond cheese, peanut butter with soysauce tofu kebabs ( this is a traditioanl Indonesian peanut sauce and it is fantastic, use it on seitan or tempeh kebabs.

Eat miso paste on hot crumpets with earth balance or some buttery vegan spread. Use vegemite and baked tofu slices on a toasted wholewheat pita with spread ( wholewheat has that tangy acidi fermentation which is part of what cheese is). It's easy to see why so many people think they crave cheese. IN china or SEA anywhere you don't get cheese, so you wouldn't be craving it. It's the constant USDA influxx in your life so far. So, just eat baked tofu with soysauce, peanut butter on sysauce noodles, vegemite on muffins etc.Any tips for saying on a vegan diet?
Those are all good suggestions.

I'll add that Nutritional yeast sauce is a very good cheese substitute, and very high in protein and B-complex vitamins, including B-12. You can use this for Nachos, Mac and Cheese, Lasagne, and on Vegan Pizzas.

You should also know, however, that pizza was originally cheeseless and meatless! It is called Marinara pizza and it is the purest and best form of pizza, according to many gourmet pizza connoisseurs.

Europeans eat no-cheese pizzas quite regularly. Once you use the right flour, cook it in a brick oven, and use excellent sauces (San Marzano tomato sauce is the real deal), you will see that pizza actually tastes better without cheese, which hides and smothers the other flavours.

Phyllo dough pizza, too, tastes great without cheese. There are so many great combinations without cheese that have been tried and tested in Europe through tradition (mushroom and artichoke hearts, tomato pesto, garlic and sun dried tomatoes, etc. etc.) that you really will not miss the cheese at all.
Most of the time when you think you are craving a food, you are actually craving the nutrients in that food. So more likely than not, you are craving protein, or calcium. So eat or drink other vegan sources of these nutrients. If you insist on having cheese anyway, there are some great vegan cheeses. Rice cheese, soy cheese, almond cheese. Daiya is one of the more popular brands. Make your own cheese pizza. Be creative!Any tips for saying on a vegan diet?
It'll pass, just stick with it.

Try eating other high fat foods like peanuts and avocado, also foods with umami flavour like tomatoes, yeast extract.

Do your research, there are tons of books out there that scare you straight!

The cravings wear away.
Do some research on the veal industry. Whenever you look at cheese, think of veal.
