Vegan Diet?

On a vegan diet, what do people eat?Vegan Diet?
Vegans live on products of the plant kingdom, so exclude flesh, fish, fowl, dairy products (animal milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc.), eggs, honey, animal gelatin, and all other items of animal origin.

Veganism also excludes animal products such as leather, wool, fur, and silk, in clothing, upholstery, etc. Vegans usually try to avoid the less-than-obvious animal oils, secretions, etc., in many soaps, cosmetics, toiletries, household goods and other common commodities.

So if it doesn't have any of the above listed items, we eat it, wear it or use it:)Vegan Diet?
It's like a vegitarian that doesn't eat anything green.
Steak, pork, eggs, bacon, deer sausage......hmmmmmmVegan Diet?
rice, vegs, fruits, organic stuff
You could eat a Vegan. No. that isn't right.

Vegans do not eat anything that came from an animal. No meat, no broth, nothing cooked in fat or lard. No cheese, or milk.

There may be an upside to eating this very bland diet. It has been credited with lower risks of colon cancer, high blood pressure, stroke. On the downside, you might want to take a multivitamin or supplements. Talk to a nutritionist or the guy at GNC and see what they suggest.

Good luck.Vegan Diet?
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at

http://they-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
