Is an organic vegan diet healthier than a non-organic meat eating diet?

I'm just curious what the state of opinion is on this topic.

What is the healthiest amongst the various dietary options? Raw, vegan, vegetarian, meat eating, organic? Is an organic vegan diet healthier than a non-organic meat eating diet?
All of the above. It's not about eating a diet, but having a balanced diet. The variety of foods you eat and whether you are getting the proper nutrients are what keep you healthy whether it is being a Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Meat Eater, Organic Eater, etc...Is an organic vegan diet healthier than a non-organic meat eating diet?
It's been proven that there's absolutely no nutritional difference between organic and non-organic food.

BSE. or 'mad cow disease' was eradicated in the 1980s and meat production in the UK is now more closely monitored %26amp; regulated than any other in the world - eg unlike the US it doesn't allow meat from cloned animals into the food chain.

I have a lactose intolerance and so have not eaten dairy products for well over 30 years. There are plenty of other natural sources of calcium - eg apricots, cereals, %26amp; dark green vegetables to keep your bones healthy.

I didn't eat meat for over 25 years, so with no dairy I was practically vegan.

I started eating meat again about 7 years ago, I now have it maybe once or twice a week. I have oily fish once a week, %26amp; the rest of the time it's no meat, and I never eat dairy produce. I only eat organic meat, not because I think it's better for me but because in the UK I know that organic farms have a higher level of animal welfare, and I have at least 7 to 10 servings of fruit %26amp; vegetables, and about 2 litres of water a day.

Which is the best diet? it doesn't matter if you're vegan, vegetarian, or eat meat. A good balanced diet, low in salt %26amp; saturated fats and with plenty of good fresh produce is the best one.

And don't get on the moral high ground. Just because you choose not to eat meat doesn't automatically make you a better person. You make your choices and I'll make mine.
Personally a vegan diet is healthier if you eat the correct foods, get all the leafy greens down you etc, vitmins, meat is full of diseases and chloresterol and milk is also known as having pus in it, you do not need milk/dairy to help build bones as there is more calcium in green veg than there is in milk. obviously if you turn veggie/vegan and just eat high fat foods then you are goin to be unhealthy just like you would be unhealthy if you eat high fat meals as a meat eater, im a vegan and eat healthy throughout the week and the have a treat day saturday/sunday where i eat my vegan choccie, crisps that are suitable or vegans and stuff like that so i don't miss out.

hope this helps. Is an organic vegan diet healthier than a non-organic meat eating diet?
Plant-based diets (organic, GMO, etc. aside) are statistically healthier than ones with meat. The American Heart Association even says so!

But I think what's healthiest for one person is not necessarily the healthiest for another. (For example, some people might do better with 100% raw fruititarian diet, and other people might do better with a macrobiotic diet!)

I think an organic vegan diet with a high percentage of raw fruits and leafy green veggies is the healthiest for ME.
definetyly vegetarians are healtheir and less risk of diseases, even cancer! NO meat, and being a vegan is ur oponion, im not a vegan cause i find dairy to be very important, and milk builds your bones. =) eating meat will expose you to a chance of mad cow disease, etc. and other meat diseases going vegetarian saves money and you dont kill animals! Raw vegans are the healthiest because that avoids all processed foods.
Organic %26amp; Produced With Love.

Lots of Love
