Any informative books/documentaries about the benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet?

I started being a vegetarian about 2 months ago and I really just want to be educated about animal activism, the environmental and health benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet, things like that. I have watched Earthlings and Kill It, Cut It, Use It (a BBC documentary about animal by-products in things we use everyday. very educational!) and next on my list is Food Inc. Do you guys know of any?Any informative books/documentaries about the benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet?
Documentaries:

Forks over Knives - Excellent film on the health risks of animal products, comes out on DVD next month, get it and show it to everyone you know as soon as you can

Food Matters

Here's a list I found just googling your question:

BBC's The Future of Food (3-part special)
Future Of Food (American feature-length film)
I Am An Animal - The Ingrid Newkirk Story
King Corn
Processed People
Simply Raw - Reversing Diabetes
Supersize Me
The Beautiful Truth - Gerson Cancer Cure
The Witness
A Cow at my Table
45 Days: The Life and Death of a Broiler Chicken
Maximum Nutrition
Vegetarianism in a Nutshell
Meatless: The Movie

There are several that are currently in production/post-production that hopefully will be available soon, but I really don't know when. Here are some: Vegucated, I'm Vegan, Peaceable Kingdom, Planeat, they all look really good. I haven't seen most of these, so I can't really vouch for them.

I really like to watch lectures and expert interviews. They are incredibly informative, and they're all over the internet. Here are some of the ones I like:

These are all excellent, vegsource.com has a lot more too.

Books:

This website has great book suggestions: http://www.vegkansascity.com/reading.htm…

I also recommend
Why we Love Dogs, Eat Pigs, and Wear Cows by Melanie Joy (Psychological side),
The China Study by T. Colin Campbell (Health side),
Comfortably Unaware by Richard Oppenlander (Environmental side),
Slaughterhouse by Gail Eisnitz (Animal and Human Rights side),
How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell Esselstyn,
Skinny B***h by Rori Friedman,
Animal Liberation by Peter Singer
Dean Ornish's books
Jonathan Balcombe's books

The information out there is endless. Keep looking, you'll find so much more. Expose yourself to all this stuff and then challenge a meat-eater to an argument, they won't have a chance.Any informative books/documentaries about the benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet?
"If Slaughterhouses had Glass Walls" is a sad-but very educational. I watched it last night, I cried, but it gave me encouragement.

Hmm, there's really no good books, but books like "The Kind Diet" by Alicia Silverstone is very informative with great recipes.
