Is there a logical explanation? I'm serious btw...when I was eating meat and a lot of processed foods, regardless of how much I worked out...I didn't bulk up nearly as fast as I did when I converted to vegan and low processed diet.Why did I bulk up after converting to a vegan diet, I thought it would cause me to lose muscle?
maybe you were eating the unhealthy protein foods? and as a vegan eating alot more good protein. and cleaning your system a little better. but honestly i woudlnt recooment it, just have a high protein diet, good lean meats, and you should gain muscle easily
