Im a vegan because im Lactose intolerant and meat just isnt my thing
so i wondering what a good Vegan Diet Meal is?Whats a good healthy VEGAN diet?Like for a whole week or so?
Even if you are lactose intolerant, include soybean in your diet to cover that deficiency. Include vegetables as far as possible. have a bowlful of salads.

Animal protein is important for people. Even if its just a little. I know a few vegetarians who stick to their diet for health reasons. However, they do throw in some chicken and fish. For health reasons. A balanced diet is important no matter who you are.
