What good foods can i eat on a vegan diet?

it will be 2 years in june of me being a vegetarian and i think i am ready to be a vegan. I just need a shopping list of vegan foods that are healthy. What good foods can i eat on a vegan diet?
Well, you could crack open a cookbook, find some vegan recipes and go buy the ingredients, but my basic shopping list would include:

Earth Balance buttery spread - vegan margarine that tastes awesome, great on toast, bagels, in cooking, etc.

Ener-G egg substitute - You can use pureed fruit or silken tofu instead in baking recipes for egg, but when you use Ener-G it doesn't have a "vegan" taste... just tastes like yummy cookies. Available at health food stores (Whole Foods, etc.) I don't recommend vegan baking without it.

Your preferred milk substitute - I like rice milk, but you should experiment and see what you like. Vanilla soymilk tastes the most like real milk in my opinion, but I limit my soy intake

General grocery list:

FRUITS- Whatever you prefer to munch on

VEGETABLES - I usually buy greens and tomatoes for salad, carrots and celery because they can be used in everything, and then choose most other vegetables based on whether I'd enjoy them in a stir-fry, such as broccoli, bell pepper, etc.

LENTILS - lentil soups and stews are a wonderful source of protein and nutrients, and they cook fast!

SPLIT PEAS - great in Indian dahls and soups, they cook in the same amount of time as lentils and don't require soaking

BEANS - I buy them canned black and pinto to use in Mexican dishes, chickpeas to use in Middle-Eastern dishes, kidney to use in salads

RICE - brown, white, and wild rice are all used a lot in my kitchen, eaten with stir-fries, dahl, curries, or as a side in a pilaf or added to a stew... very versatile!

PASTA - Tossed with sauteed veggies and olive oil or with a marinara sauce

ASIAN NOODLES - for Asian noodle stir-fries and use in Asian soups, of course

TOFU - for use in Asian stir-fries

NUTS - Snack on almonds, walnuts, etc.

NUTBUTTER - I avoid peanut butter due to its high testosterone levels, but almond, cashew, or macadamia nut butter are great

OATMEAL- A great, warm vegan breakfast when sprinkled with raisins or sliced fruit

DRIED FRUIT-Golden raisins are great in oatmeal or baking, all dried fruit is a good source of iron and counts as a serving of fruit

CEREAL- to be enjoyed with your favorite milk sub or eaten as a snack

CLIF BARS/LUNA BARS- vegan snack options that are quite tasty

BREAD - check the label to make sure it's vegan. Bakery breads tend not to be (glazed with egg), most storebought breads are, though some contain milk or whey. Or you can make your own :)
