Dr Doug Graham 80/10/10 book has seasonal meal plans in it. 1200 is really low caloric intake for anyone. I'd shoot for at least 2200What does a 1200 calorie raw vegan diet look like?
I think you need to research nutrition a bit more. Why would you need low fat (fat is healthy for you, it's a vital component in cell walls and intracellular signaling)? Or low protein (you still need protein, not as much as non-veg think, but you still need some)?
Even with those stats, you still need around 1400 cals. I'm around your height and age, and moderately active, and I need 1600 cals/day.
