My bones are popping all of the time, in my legs, knees and elbows. What nutrient am I missing in my vegan diet that is causing these things with my joints or bones?Is this happening because of my vegan diet?

I've been vegetarian for five years and I've noticed my hips popping when I run... I am curious about the reasoning as well.
It means that your body is lacking protein.
I suggest eating more beans and tofu etc.
