I'm wondering because some people say vegan is the only way to go; but it seems to me that a human being wouldn't get enough nutrition that way. I'm asking the question in this category because I know I'd get biased answers if I asked in the vegetarian or vegan diet.Is it healthier to eat a vegan diet?
I really don't think that it is a healthy choice to begin a vegan diet unless you are very careful. It it hard to get a right amount of vitamins and protein. Most of your protein comes from meat! If you had to choose between vegan and veggitarian, I would say that veggitarian is the safer of the two.Is it healthier to eat a vegan diet?
I don't think so because you don't get all the nutrients that you need and get from a wider variety of foods, but i'm vegetarian and i'm fine.

Vegetarian diets rock. I lost 5 lbs. in 1 week because of it. Im kind of used to it because i raised as a vegetarian but you can try !
well i think it is not the way..only if you think it is..you will also need to eat tofu or take pills to get the rest of nutrients that you will lack of eating no meat..if you cant go without eating any cheese of things that are dairy you should just try to be a vegetarian..

1. some eat fish and chicken becuase they need the amino acids also vegie eater
2.some just eat fish and all vegies.
3.some just eat eggs and milk and orther dairy also vegie eater

Yes it is, being vegan you choose to give up all dairy products and meats. As for dairy, think about it, we are the only known species to drink milk as adults, let alone from another species. Cow's milk is for calf's, human's milk is for human babies, not adults. Soy milk is completely vegan, delicious and is actually healthier for you. As for not eating meat; A vegetarian diet reverses heart disease, helps symptoms of diabetes and lets face it, mad cow disease is still in the US. Although you do have to be careful and balance certain foods to make sure you're getting enough protein and other vitamins in your diet.

Vegan diet is very restricted. Although it is extremely healthy and low-fat all you need is a multivitamin and maybe some other pills for nutrients.

I Totally disagree. That might just be because I am a total Meat lover. but still, Meat is very important and your practically starve as a vegan. trust me. I know quite a few Vegetarians.
