Difference between vegan and raw vegan diet?

Just wondering what the difference between a vegan and raw vegan diet is.

Not something I am pursuing just something I am interested in learning about. Thanks in advance!Difference between vegan and raw vegan diet?
To put it simply:

Vegans eat cooked food.

Raw Vegans don't.

(i.e.) Vegans may consume traditional bread, tofu and pasta. All these items are cooked or go through a cooking / heating at high temp process. So Raw Vegans would not eat traditional bread, tofu and pasta.

Raw food is food that has not been cooked above 118F. So a raw vegan diet simply sticks to vegan foods that have not been cooked.
